DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO CONFIRM YOUR TRIP. The balance will be
due in the form of cash upon your arrival.
Gratuities are greatly
appreciated and cheerfully accepted when offered.
There is a minimum
'2-person' charge on all cottage stays.

NOTES:

All 'Lodging & Meals'
packages include an overnight stay at our cottage and all meals as
part of the package.

Non-hunting and
non-fishing members of 'Lodging & Meals' package parties
will be charged the rates shown for 'Lodging & Meals Only'.

Unless otherwise
specified below or other arrangements are made ahead of time, all guided
hunting and fishing trips are scheduled for six hours. You will
need to bring your own snacks and drinks.

We don't have a problem
with you having a couple of cold ones while FISHING, but there will
absolutely be NO ALCOHOL before or during a HUNTING trip. This
is non-negotiable.

If you or any member of your party shows up
for a guided outing already drunk or
high, your guide will tell you to go home and you
forfeit all fees. This is also non-negotiable.

If you show up for an
unguided hunt 'under the influence', you will not be allowed on our
property and your fees will be forfeit. Don't ask us to
reconsider. You're not going on our property.
-
You will NOT hunt or fish with
us in any way, shape, or fashion if we even think you are 'under the
influence'.
