PLANNED IMPROVEMENTS:
As mentioned, this is a recently obtained house so decorating is an
on-going process. If you visit more than one time over the course of
the next year, you will notice significant changes in the decor and other
accommodations. For example, the basement (see photo below) will
soon be available as a game room with pool table, darts, TV, small bar,
and working fireplace. Until that time, only the top two stories are
open for use.

RATES
There is
a minimum '2-person' charge on all cottage stays.
The first person in
your party will be charged the appropriate Base Rate (if your stay
covers more than one 'Times of Stay', the higher rate will be
charged). Additional persons will be charged $50.00 per
night per person.
