.
St. Joseph - The few boats going out are catching catfish on the river side when still-fishing on the bottom with red worms. Freshwater drum were also caught.

South Haven - Fishing has been slow with only a few lake trout taken by boat anglers. The lake trout can be found in 150 feet of water but the salmon are in waters 300 feet or deeper.

Grand Haven - Trout and salmon have been caught but the action has been hit-or-miss. Water depths vary from the mud line around the piers to 100 feet of water. No perch have been caught.

Grand River at Grand Rapids - Has good catfish action. The flatheads are hitting on live suckers and the channel cats are hitting on cut bait, crawlers, leeches and chicken liver. Anglers are still finding good bluegill action when using minnows, leaf worms or wax worms. Pike are hitting on sucker minnows, spoons, and spinners. Walleye anglers have caught fish above Fulton Street when using a crawler with a small split shot and bouncing it along the bottom.
