GUIDED
or UNGUIDED WHITETAIL DEER HUNTS
We'll
provide the land. We don't have large lots, but we DO
have productive lots in the right locations. You provide the
equipment and know-how. The deer will show up. We'll
bait the property as provided by law, but other than that you're on
your own. You're welcome to scout the property in the days
preceding your hunt, but unless otherwise requested, you'll
hunt without a guide. If you would like a guide, one can
be provided for you. An additional charge of $50 per site per
day (plus tips) will apply.

SIZE RESTRICTIONS:
While true trophy white tails are a real possibility, since deer are a
real problem in this area and the farmers want as many taken as
possible. Therefore, you are welcome and encouraged to take
any, and as many, deer for which you are legally licensed.
You will be
the only party hunting the property during your stay and fields will be
given 'time off' from hunting after each hunt. After a 2-day hunt,
the field will not be hunted for at least four days prior to the next
hunt. After a 5-day hunt, the property will get at least a week
off.
.
SOUTH-COUNTY:
In south-county, we have a
25-acre lot less than 200 yards from the St. Joe River. This lot
has about 10 acres of woodland (part of a larger woods - see photos
below) and the rest is farmed. Maximum 2 hunters.
.
NORTH-COUNTY
SITE: This site may only be
hunted by booking our new WEEKLY
LEASE package. Click
here for details.
.
You'll arrive the night
before your first day of hunting. If you need a ride from the
South Bend airport or train station, we'll be happy to pick you up.
Before dark, we'll drive to your field so you can get a quick look
around. You should be able to pick out the fresh runs without too
much trouble.
We'll give you your Property
Pass and make sure you are back in the field at least 90 minutes
before shooting time in the morning so you can be ready at first light.
If you have your own vehicle, you'll drive yourself to your hunt
site so you can leave when you want and come back when you want.
You're welcome to hunt mornings AND afternoons - as much as you
want for the dates specified on your Pass.
